ABCD Acceptance Letter
Our Governments free fuel program for the poor is call ABCD. These People who use this program must acquire, from the private market a heating oil supplier who will agree to deliver fuel oil to the customer and submit the bill to the program for payment at a later date. The ABCD program asks the customer to obtain a letter from a fuel oil dealer who will agree to deliver the fuel for the customer.
We would like to allow the custom to obtain this letter from us without any interaction from us. Do it totally online.
